Riparo
Client and tradesperson marketplace: a photo of the problem, quotes from nearby tradespeople, payment and review on the platform.
The project
Riparo connects individuals with verified tradespeople. The client takes a photo of the problem, and tradespeople in the area get a notification and reply with a quote, a direct call-out price or a diagnostic visit.
The client compares the replies, chooses, pays on the platform, follows the work and then rates the tradesperson. The website is available in Italian, French and English, with interactive maps and a back office.
