The project
For Bestune Tunisia, we built a conversational assistant connected to the WhatsApp API. It guides prospects through a question flow and replies to their messages automatically.
The assistant estimates a monthly payment from the chosen price, down payment and duration, then stores the lead and the conversation history in a database for the sales team.
